A Personal Program
Peace Love and Muscles is a comprehensive Exercise and Fitness program that includes coaching with Victor Costa. Open to a select group of individuals who want to work one on one with one of the Top Fitness Coaches and Trainers. see below how we will work together.

How we will work together.

This bespoke service allows you to have access to Vic for 2 hours per week for 8 weeks.  16 hours in total. These sessions will be used for getting you in the condition you desire. Whether you are getting ready for a contest, train at home with dumbbells or fitness bands or a home gym, or you just want to do cardio with Vic and get coaching. Vic will create a program that is right for you, with what you have to work with.  
This program is right for you if:
1.) You want to train one on one with one of he top coaches in the world
2.) If you have a specific goal in mind that you would like to achieve
3.) If you have had a hard time building muscle or losing weight in the past
4.) If you are spending hundreds a month on worthless supplements
To sum it up. Vic will create the path for you and together, over the course of 8 weeks, he will help you reach your goals. You will take away what you learn over the course of that time. The program will include cardio, meditation, weight training or resistance band training.

This award is given to a handful of recipients each year and it is a distinction and responsibility to provide the highest in fitness and training advice.  

What's included. This is a bespoke personal program based upon your specific goals and needs. You will have daily tasks and workouts to accomplish. A fully crafted series of workouts, cardio and meditation just for you. A meal plan program to follow using the latest advances in nutrition. 2 hours of coaching from Vic per week for 8 weeks.
